Connected Systems Health Program

Know whether the connections behind the business are working.

The problem

A running system can still leave the work incomplete.

An import may finish with missing records. A website may be available while orders fail to reach ERP. We help connect technical signals to the business outcomes they are supposed to support.

This may be your starting point if…

  • Customers or employees report failures before monitoring does.
  • The same sync or data issue keeps returning.
  • Alerts are noisy, unowned, or disconnected from business impact.
What's included

What we work toward together

Scope is agreed around your priorities, systems, and team. The engagement can include:

A map of critical flows, dependencies, and failure conditions.

An agreed set of availability, freshness, completeness, and reconciliation checks.

Alert ownership, response runbooks, and escalation routes.

A recurring health review and prioritized prevention backlog.

How it works

How the engagement works

Layer One combines manufacturing and distribution experience with assessments, advisory services, engineering, training, and ongoing improvement. We build on existing systems and proven capabilities, including Commergenix where it fits the work. Your team helps shape the approach and owns the decisions that affect the business.

FAQ

Questions before you begin

Is this a 24/7 managed service?

Coverage, response targets, responsibilities, and any out-of-hours support are agreed explicitly. The program name does not imply round-the-clock coverage.

How does this relate to Product Truth SLA?

Systems Health covers reliability of critical flows. Product Truth SLA adds attribute-specific ownership and commitments for product-information changes.

How do we agree the scope and commitment?

We begin with a conversation about the problem, the people involved, and the information available. We then agree deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and commercial terms. The work can be scoped independently or within an ongoing Layer One partnership.
