Jacuzzi came to Layer One after their current partner could no longer deliver at the level they expected. Layer One began by stabilizing and improving performance. Challenge

Jacuzzi approached Layer One with the challenge of improving the speed and stability of their current site. Jacuzzi's prior partner had used a wide variety of mismatched technologies causing confusion, instability and challenges adding new features and with the content editing experience as a whole. Additionally, Jacuzzi was changing hosting providers and required some consulting on how best to execute the move and configure the new platform.

Results

Layer One started by helping Jacuzzi move onto their new AWS hosted environment.  This required understanding future performance needs, URL mapping architecture as well as implementing a caching and asset management architecture.  From there, Layer One focused on reducing the overall complexity of the site and implemented a suite of performance and stability tests.  Layer One continued by addressing various stability issues changes required to improve the performance of the site while also providing a pathway to improve functionality available to content editors and end users alike.

Over the coming years, Jacuzzi has leveraged Layer One to add desired features, improve client conversion by over 2% and streamline the customer experience in new and innovative ways!
