Advicent scalable solution on Sitecore®
Advicent's Naviplan product is the leading provider of SaaS technology solutions for the financial services industry, servicing the world’s largest financial institutions. Layer One helps them deliver their brand to the world!
Advicent’s web presence was not serving their needs digitally and not able to support the organization’s strategy. In addition to the complex and difficult-to-update platform that supported the existing site, Advicent was poised to embark on international growth, which would require a more robust platform, or increased complexity would result. With these challenges in mind, Advicent decided that it was time for a new solution, and the company set clear goals it wanted to achieve. It saw the logic of considering an enterprise web experience platform and began looking for a partner that could align to the aggressive timelines that the Advicent executive team wanted to achieve.
Using Sitecore, Advicent has brought their brand to life for its customers and partner network, achieving multiple goals including delivering personalized, relevant, and targeted information to all its stakeholders, in near-record time. The company has also established a unified information architecture and improved content presentation approach within a stable infrastructure environment supported by Layer One Media. The new platform has delivered greater efficiency for the Advicent marketing team, allowing them to make changes without having to leverage development resources.
“We now can support all our constituents in a flexible and scalable manner, that we couldn’t easily do previously” says Tony Stich, Advicent’s Director of Global Marketing.
“We are also now managing all of our sites including those in different languages without the need for developer intervention each time we would like to make changes. The system that Layer One Media developed leveraging the power of Sitecore is extremely flexible,” he adds.
