We didn’t want a transactional relationship. And we didn’t want cookie-cutter solutions to the situations we were running into. An ideal vendor would be able to help us with strategy and say, ‘Hey we see our other customers doing this,’ but that doesn’t mean we wanted to do exactly what they’ve done before. This was something others tried to sell us. But then our site would look like other distributor’s sites. We want it tailored to GTS and our customer's desires.
