Scott Hill

Director of Operations, Scott Hill, relies on long-term vision to keep Layer One's production, processes, financials and quality management on the right track.  With nearly two decades of management experience in technology and new media, Scott has a unique understanding of the kind of leadership, talent mix and infrastructure it takes to be successful in progressive, fast-paced industries. He also leads our account management team (and lets us leverage his business experience once in a while to develop client strategies). As Layer One’s official “numbers guy,” who's also handy with networking gear, it's pleasantly confusing that Scott plays guitar and majored in English and Philosophy.
